Shopping with KDW

These terms apply to orders placed through the KDW online store. Product descriptions, the delivery period shown for your items, our shipping policy and our return and refund policy form part of your order information. Contact us at support@kdw.gg with questions or complaints.

Products and orders

Review the description, size and selected variant before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the item; screen settings may affect how colours appear. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase the agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the affected payment.

Prices and payment

Catalog prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the currency, final amount, applicable taxes collected by the store and available payment methods before you pay. Standard shipping is included in the product price. Any import duties or clearance charges not collected at checkout are described in the shipping policy.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery periods vary by product and include the longer periods stated for preorders. Contact support@kdw.gg for order changes, cancellation, withdrawal or a delivery problem. The return policy explains the 14-day withdrawal period and how refunds are handled.

Your rights and personal data

Goods are covered by applicable statutory guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. The terms in force when your order is placed apply to that order. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
