Shipping policy

Delivery destinations and cost

This store accepts international orders for the destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is included in the product price.

Delivery times

• KDW products: delivery within two months of placing your order, unless a different delivery period is stated on the product page.
• The International collection: international delivery in 6–9 weeks from the order date, unless the product page states otherwise.
• The International 2026 jacket: preorder, with delivery within 170 days from the order date.

These periods include order preparation and transportation. Check the product page before ordering, especially for preorders. A product-specific delivery period takes precedence over the general estimate above.

Your order

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We arrange fulfillment and shipping with our delivery partners. Orders may require customs clearance. Taxes collected by this store are shown at checkout; import duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout may be charged separately by the destination authorities or carrier.

Delays and delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within its stated delivery period, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@kdw.gg with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the applicable resolution. Customs or carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights.
